That work took me to the IFBB Pro League stage — and taught me what it actually takes to rebuild a body alongside a demanding career.

Most of my clients haven't either. The first session is an assessment, not a workout. We start where your body actually is — not where you wish it still was.
Usually yes — strength training is often part of the fix, not what you avoid. I'll ask for doctor clearance for anything significant, and I program around the postural patterns desk hours create.
Sharper and less stiff in 3–4 weeks. Visible composition changes around 8–12 weeks. The bigger wins — sleep, back pain, afternoon energy — usually come first.
Sessions run $75 (30 min), $110 (45 min), and $150 (60 min). Book 4 or more and the meal plan is included. Full pricing on this page.
24 hours' notice to reschedule without charge. Two no-shows in a row pauses the program until we talk.
